Velier Foursquare Triptych 12yr 56%This rum is the result of a collaboration between Richard Seal, owner of the Foursquare distillery, and Luca Gargano, owner of the renowned Italian bottler Velier. This time, it's a blend of three vintages: 2004, 2005, and 2006. The cuves that make up Foursquare Triptych were distilled, like most of Foursquare's rums, partly in copper double retort pot stills and partly in twin column coffey stills.
