Chamaecyparis obtusa 'Little Markey'The congested growth seems to stack up on itself, creating a tower of gold and green foliage that catches the light. Growing slowly to 3 ft tall, the plant will only be 8" 10" wide. In full light the color is bright, lighting up the garden. In shade it will be more chartreuse. Note that for the first year or two it will be globose shaped, but given time it will stack up into a narrow column.
