KINOENE Nihonsyujikomi YUAGARI UMESYUThis YUAGARI UMESYU has added homemade Ume ( Japanese plum) pure, which gives a fresh aroma of Ume and a sweet yet tart character on the palate. This Umesyu is based on high quality KINOENE sake and uses their local Japanese Ume. It has a good balance of sweetness and acidity, and can be served chilled on the rocks, and makes a very nice drink when mixed with gin or sparkling water.
