Chalkdown Classic Cuvee 2021, HampshireMade from fruit grown in 2021, the Classic Cuve is crafted from a blend of Pinot Noir (92%) and Chardonnay (8%) grapes. This combines the structure and generous fruit character of the Pinot with an extra dash of finesse from the Chardonnay to create a classic blend. The wine was fermented and aged in steel tanks and bottled in April 2022. It was then left to bottle age on its lees for a minimum of 22 months before dgorgement. 12% abv Total production
