Adelphi Glen Moray 22 YTasting note: Bright gold amber. Subdued aromatics in the clean, mildly Sherried mould with subtle sweet spices and later, pure, salivating notes redolent of raisin fruit cake. Reflected in the palate, this is nicely balanced with almond and fruit cake in a warm, spicy delivery; some honeyed sweetness is followed by bitter chocolate entering late. Ends warm and satisfying.
