It complements the warp tension regulator to ensure a good warp. Sectional warp cards, sold in a pack of 100, help you separate layers on a sectional beam. Place a cardboard divider card between the metal loops of the section after every few turns to keep subsequent layers of warp separated. These cards are sized for 2 cm sectional beams.
